Not fit for duty
I re-injured my back when Gus and I parked the Club trailer at my place on Monday. I'm going to do my yoga therapy for a few days and give it a chance to heal. You should check the oil in the 4-strokes. There is a partial quart of Amsoil 0w40 in the hut or maybe still under the seat of one of the 4-strokes. Ditto for spare plugs for the VKs. I have 3 more quarts here that I will bring next time.

Gas at Haggin
I took 5 cans of gas to Haggin this afternoon. All 6 gas cans at Haggin are mid-grade. It was -8 F. at 3:30 with a 10-15 MPH wind. Looked like about 2 inches new snow...definitely roller conditions. Ray
Fuel at Mt Haggin
I groomed both Friday and Saturday just on Crooked John. Used the Vk that is in the small shed. It will need fuel before it can be used for very long. There is one can of fuel with black tape, mix? Gus took down two empty cans when he and I were there Wednesday. When we go up it is start all over as yesterday brought another big snowfall.
Wednesday grooming
I've got a doctor appointment in Butte Wednesday morning and we've got a list of stops to make so I'm tied up. The temps don't sound encouraging. I haven't seen a posting from Ray, so I don't have any idea what the fuel situation is. I have 3 quarts of 0w40 Amsoil for the 4-strokes to go to Haggin.

Haggin - December 22, 2014
I was up at Haggin Saturday and the trails had about 4 inches of new snow. I suspect they have more since this morning.
Anyone for grooming tomorrow?

Thanks Dave, Glad you got Sugar Loaf done so I will not worry about it for Saturday. We're getting good snow at the house in Lower Seymour Creek and it is turning heavy. I took a ride into Upper Sullivan today with a small group of sledders. Conditions there were great with 6 to 8 inches of light snow. Peaks are pretty bare having the wind clean them off but snow in the timber was very good. Paul

Haggin snow conditions
I took gas to Haggin. The two Scandics and the 120 Yamaha are gassed. There is between 1/2" and 1" new snow on the trails. The set tracks on Crooked John and Lil Cal are in great shape .... I suggest no grooming on these trails. Malone reported about an inch of fluffy snow on Lil Cal.
There is about 4 inches on the low areas of Sugar Loaf and probably deeper towards the highway. Ray
Can't groom Thursday
Sorry, I forgot to mention I can't groom Thursday. We are finally scheduled to get our propane hooked up Thursday at the Community Hall. Charlie and I need to be there to cut over to the tankless water heater and commercial range.
Gas at Haggin
Got the blogger message....I will take gas up today and return with the empties for refill. Ray

Mt. Haggin status
Paul may be going up to catch up Sugar Loaf and Gus's Gas before Friday. If he goes he is going to take some gas from home as the fleet is sucking fumes and Ray probably won't be bringing fuel up early. Mark and I went up yesterday and cut out the blowdowns on Li'l Cal and Sleepy Hollow and caught up things on the east side. We also opened up the new link from Cheff's Cutoff to the junction of Sleepy Hollow, Wulf's Cutoff, and Crooked John. I had picked up 5 gal at the WR Merc on the way up, which we burned.
Anything going on at Moulton? That country must have gotten a good shot over the weekend.
